Love it! i actually started a 4x4 conversion on a real 69 A108, got the axles in but never got to the transfer case, so it is a half completed project that my nephew now has. A set of mattrax would be awesome, i love the cab forward.

Drew I bet thats AWESOME!!!!! What engine is in the '69 A100? Thats AWESOME man! (At least its still in the family!) I have always been fond of the Dodge A100 Cab-Forward look of that truck (I even like the van version of it too!) I'd LOVE to have an old A108 Camper Van...... I'D USE that bad boy!

Thats AWESOME!!!!! You know that was thee biggest engine you could get with the A100 or A108 right from the factory! No other small block was used in the those above the size of a 318!!!! (They did offer the 273 however) but no "bigger" cubic inch over the 318 was available in that truck or van!
Question, yours was a '69, was the 318 the "LA" or the old 318 "A Poly" engine? -I know at one point '64 to I THINK '67 the "318" offering was of the "A Poly" engine!

Wow you seem to really know your stuff, no wonder your engines are exquisite. I honesty couldn't tell you which engine it was since i never got that deep, i was going to do an edelbrock carb on it at some point, i might've know after that. Growing up we had a 67 A100 van, slant 6, 3 on the tree.

-Thanks man, yeah I been a Mopar Guy" my whole life and nothings changed! LOL I have a soft spot for the A100 or the A108 Vans.... I'd love to own one myself someday! I grew up from about the age of 7 or 8 with family members all Mopar people and its gotten into my blood! LOL With that, in my mid to late Teens I worked painting cars, and trucks, NOT "new" stuff (even back then) it was all custom or restore of old 30's & 40's cars, Plymouth, Chrysler, Dodge, (forthe Mopar side of it) and then anything GM and even Ford, BUT at the time, the owner was a Chevy man, and his son was kinda Chevy with a little Ford mixed in, but as the painter, I was thee only "Mopar Guy" there and when one came in, I wasn't just elbow greasing the body and or grit blasting the frame, I was doing it all!
Currently, I own a '67 Power Wagon W200, G.I. edition M880-style truck.... BEASTLY thing, but I love it go anywhere in any weather and not hurt or stop it.... Big ole Chrysler Industrial duty 383-Military in it!
