Thanks Matt and Jeff! The inspiration for this build came from a 1:1 I saw at a car show in these same colors.

That's a real nice looking Road Runner Tony! I like how you painted the rubber strips on the front bumper. That's a detail that a lot of people miss.

Great finish and detail on that MOPAR! The chrome on the window trim and interior is flawless! Nice work! Care to share your secret?

Thanks for the good words guys! Sorry, but I really don't have a secret as to applying BMF to all the trim work. I just take my time and try not to rush with it, and trim the foil with a hobby knife that I have dedicated for only BMF work. As for getting the foil down into the nooks, crannys, and curves, I burnish it down with a cotton swab and a toothpick. I've found that practice and patience is your best friend when working with this stuff.... The bezels on the dashboard are painted, however. I've tried foiling them in the past with very poor results, so I stick to painting those, and any other detail on dashboards.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my all time favorite models and Definantly one of my Favorite MOPARS! MOPAR or NO Car!!! I build a Roadrunner awhile back and i too seperated the exhaust from the rear axle. Such a easy and simple fix/thing to do and it adds loads of character to the chassis. I have to add rear shocks to mine yet. Yours is really making me want to put the lil finishing touches on mine!
