Neat project. Great job. You know, we so often build with the goal of making things as close to reality as possible, both in subject matter and in the details. It is refreshing when occasionally we say heck with both and build something like this. Thanks for posting.

And if anyone is interested here is a pic. of what I sacrificed. This was a swirladelic paint job that I had done on this over 10 years ago. At the time it looked cool but I think I think I did it justice by doing what I did. Thanks for the comments guys.

This subject matter is great, and it's a very nice build! The battle damage turned out amazing! I'm doing a similar one on an old Monogram M35. I was trying to build my "Zombie Catcher" out of sheet plastic with little success. I'll have to give the sheet brass idea a shot. BTW, the Zombie Catcher would also be very useful as a "Barricade Buster" for when the police or military try to shuttle everyone off to the nearest sports arena, and you have other plans. It works just as well for the "unofficial" barricades set up by car jackers and highwaymen. It's also comes in very handy for clearing the way of all those pesky lesser vehicles that have become stranded, saving your 88 for the serious work ;-)
