NICELY done John! AND its got a HEMI in it (in back LOL) -Thanks Jeff, It was a badly done "glue bomb" when I first got it, someone had painted the frame green and the suspension bright orange, and the body was painted flat black, I actually saved it as it was in the Daisy Duke box it came in with almost all its parts (I had to replace the engine as it was broken and missing parts I didn't have), and the tires in the box wasn't to this particular kit so I replaced them to fit the rims. The decals were "OK" BUT turned out 3 decal sheets later, to get that eagle to "lay" right on the hood was a fin part if it, (what made me sit this kit aside and work slowly on it over the span of 2 years..... THEN looking back on still shots from the show, A LOT is "wrong" for it to be Daisy's actual "Dixie" Jeep CJ-7, SO, I tried to add to it as much as I could, which brings me to the "load"............. bought and was picked up by Daisy headed to Cooters to keep the ole General going, from someone that was building it, and ran outta cash and sold it, and Bo & Luke being out not answering their CB, Daisy just so happened to be on, and took the yell from Uncle Jesse to go pick it up..... In pieces, detailed as far as I can possibly get it..... I think the Hemi load looks pretty dang good myself.... over-all I'm pleased with it, its now in a display case completed.... I do have a whole typed out "MS Notepad" of the build, I could post it for everyone to see the full build of what took place in the builds "time-line" as I was doing it.....

I just love your engine detail Thanks Drew! I just gotta ask tho, which one on this build? LOL It does have 2 engines, one "in" it, and one loaded for transport.... I have a build thread on this whole build I can't seem to either find it, or I have not posted it to this forum! IF you'd like to see it, let me know I'll get to making a thread on the build of this kit so you can see what I started out with and how I went about things! The other members reading please chip in on showing an interest! so I know to go and do it! (I'm always glad to post things I know others have an interest in!)

both engines, the engine detail and wiring is ambitious in the engine bay and the short block in the back is really cool. I tired doing spark plug wires the other day and decided i need to get a set of good magnifying goggles, that exercise in near futility gave me even more respect for the engine detail work you do.

Thanks Drew! Yeah the wiring depending on the engine, is fun one one type of engine and VERY difficult on another... SO, plus, it all goes to each persons preference too.... I myself? I LOVE doing the Hemi's and don't mind the Mopar big blocks..... The small blocks can be a little more trying, and I have yet to fully wire a 6 cylinder, never mind a "Slant 6" so...
Much appreciated!!!!
