MPC-AMT Dodge Ram D-50?

I think I might have a chance to find what I'm lookin for here.. I have one of these kits, I have the 4x4 lifted one from MPC.... Sadly, I got half the V-8 "Moroso" engine, and then only bits and pieces to the box-stock kits 4 cylinder engine.... I'd like to use the 4 cylinder in this truck, lowering it and possibly making it a 2x4 truck not 4x4.... and keeping it stock road height.



Anyway, anyone got any of the D-50's? in pieces? I'd love to trade some of my resin Mopar engine parts for the 4 cylinder to that truck....... OR trade enough of my resin Mopar engine parts for a semi-complete truck, glue bomb is OK as long as its build-able.... Missing minor parts are OK too, such as seats, steering wheels tires and rims, as long as the majority is present, I'm good with it....



PM me with anything if someone might have one! -I have resin engines and parts I can trade, if someone has the engine! I'd even trade enough resin engines for an entire kit if someones willing to part with one!

u do know they made a 2 wheel drive, it had speakers in the back of it, it came pink and then I think they reissued it with a blue truck on cover

Sorry for my late reply! I've been doing a lot around the house. But, anyway, YES I knew MPC made a 2x4 version of this truck, in which I don't have.... I'd like to find one of them too but thats a long shot.. IF I'd find one of the 2x4 versions, I'd make this one 4x4 but stock height...... I like my 4x4's, but I got so many already that are "lifted" a few stock height 4x4's would be nice and even so later one a 2x4 as well....

Question did MPC ever make a 4x4 version of the D-50 in stock form? NOT lifted?

There was a stock 2wd version offered, and it was reissued about 10 years ago so you should be able to find one fairly easily.

Thanks guys, but sadly I have yet to find the 2x4 truck! I got a 4x4 one thats lifted that I'm gonna "GULP" lower to standard 4x4 height.....

Late reply on my end as well! Been goin' mad on another build as its REALLY close to the light at the end of the tunnel! -So I'd like to get 'er done and on display! LOL
