Thanks. yes, hours upon hours of work. I start buy drawing up detailed plans in scale on graph paper with cut patterns, lots of cutting and gluing and sanding till it looks right to me. I also have an M3 scout car, V100 commando, M35 2 1/2 ton, LAV 25, unimog, land rover defender 90, panhard VBL, volvo C202 laplander, sdkfz 220, dingo MK2, all 1/24 and all out of sheet plastic.

NICE!!!! What scale is the Unimog? (I'd love to score a set of tires in 1/25th or 1/24th that those had (sane tread type) so..... That caught my attention!

unimog is 1/24, the tires i made by chopping down a set of monster truck tires, conventional V tread, fitted to 1/25 scale freight liner rims.

Headlights? i have boxes of parts from year back, the headlights in the ford mutts are from some kit somewhere, don't remember which, they are true reflector dishes with a hole in the back from kits that would let you put micro wheat grain bulbs in, so yes i could put actual working headlights in.
