Since I finished the 92 cougar I desided to start this: Revell's 99 silverado. I have all the stock pieces except for the stock suspension. So It is going to be pretty much like a truck you would see riding around, lowered a bit and some rims. I swaped out the kit rims with the custom rims from the Revell 09 challenger. I am using the grill I have on it for now for mock ups only. The stock lower rearbead things are going on, stock bumper, and stock tail gate. It is going to be a light gold/champane color. I have 1 question? Do you think I should use the stock hood or the cowel? Well that's it, thanks for lookin.

looks like your off to a good start. i would go with the cowl. i think it would give a lot better look. Gary

Thanks Quick update on this one: Got the chassis done minus the engine and the shocks. I am just starting the interior, just finished flocking the floor. Still desiding on the hood. BTW sorry for the crappy pics, just took em real quick.

Ok guys, another update: Got it painted, it is krylon champagne nouveau, which is a satin color, but it will be cleared with duplicolor after I get the badge decals on and polish it out in about a week to make it shiny. Thanks for lookin guys.

Got another update: this probley will be the last update till it is done. I got it polished out, and have started final assembly. The front and rear bumpers I striped and painted black, then I'll bmf them once there completely dry. that's it guys. It will probley be done at the latest sunday. Thanks for lookin.
