Here are some pics. of my current project. The front bumper has been scratchbuilt. The tires pictured here are gone and replaced with Satco Swampers. I am staying with the kit wheels as I think they add a bit of nostalgia to the build. The bed has been updated with reinforced side rails. The powerplant will be a Ross Gibson 440 resin engine kit. The paint will have some custom graphics that I am creating on my computer.

Here's the mockup with the baby Swampers in place. And, the decals that I created with a different approach to the Ram logo for the hood as well as the digital camo that will be used for the rocker panels and rally stripes down the roof and hood. The engine I will be using is a Ross Gibson 440 Magnum. More updates soon.

Here is my first experiment with the back window images. I posted a photo above in another section showing an entire sheet of these images that I was creating for a decal sheet. I stated that they would work best on clear decal paper to show some transparency but what I found was that they came out too transparent and it was hard to see the image. I fixed this one by adding a piece of white decal film to the inside but it affected the clarity of the image. I will try a second time but use white decal film instead. Until then I am including the picture so that you can see what I am attempting to accomplish.

Here is a better image with the back window decal done up in white background decal film. Much better image done this way.
