What if you really wanted a CXT, but all you had was a clapped out old IH Paystar 5000 dump truck? Maybe, you'd build something like this... I stretched the cab into a crew cab, scratchbuilt the side panels, and made the hood into a one-piece flip unit. The bed is from a Monogram F-350 (shhhhh... I know it's 1:24 scale!!!!), and also tilts- eventually I plan to add some battery boxes and hydraulic equipment under there. Under where? HA! Much of the chrome under the hood is from a Transtar kit, and the smoke stacks are simply lengths of cut and polished K&S tubing.

I'm thinking of redoing the bed with a hot tub in it- I'd planned that at first, but got kind of lazy.
