I like the pocket style flares on the Scrambler Willie! The TJ flare doesn't look quite right though on a CJ front fender...here's a 1:1 from the CJ-8 site: The front curvature isn't the same (his is also mounted a bit crooked). You could make them look "right" though in scale by reshaping the flares a bit, or transforming them into CJ/YJ style by sanding off the lil' side marker light from the flare and cutting a notch for the stock CJ side marker like this:

Then they are a go i had thought about cutting out for the light and doing a little reshaping i really like the look of that green one so now that is settled what color im really leaning towards house of kolors kandy apple red but should the flares be black or the same color im leaning to painting them the same color also while i got Jeffs attention i need some color info on the top the top im planning on painting tan but should that lower section be the same as the body or is that a part of the top Thanks, Willie

The bulkhead is stamped steel & is painted body color...or alot of owners that use a bed liner product in the body tub also coat the bulkhead for a little extra protection since it's single wall & dents show thru to the inside.

I like the re-shaped TJ flares Willie! Please get the fender tops parallel to the bed-side top edges by giving that baby a hot water bath before paint...these first bodies have quite a warp to them! Get 'er warm enough to be pliable, hold into position (or actually a bit over corrected) then keep holding until cool. Once you build your cage and tie it into the body, that should keep it straight forever ;D
