Thought I would throw in an another quick and easy tutorial: Rubber Radiator Hoses. Start with thick solder and very fine wire: Cut and bend the solder to the shape you need for the hose: Then starting at one end tightly wrap the solder about half full of wire: Cut off excess, then spread the wire evenly across the length of the solder. Obviously the more evenly the better: Then run some super glue along the bottom of the new hose (to keep the wire in place), and paint after glue is dry (sorry no photo). I used a mixture of 50% flat black and 50% flat tan to make a rubber color. A couple of layers of paint will give it a hose look. After gluing in place it will pretty real: Hope this helps others.
