This is a first mock up of a dio that includes a couple of off-road models. In about 1/42 scale. The Cessna is a Monogram kit from about 1964 in box scale which in this case is about 1/41. The Rover is a 1/43 Heller kit. More painting and details to come but this gives the general idea.

Very cool Dan! The pilot looks as though he's trying his best to impress the hot redhead in the swimsuit ;D How realistic!

I dig dioramas, great way to tell a story! What scale(s) are you working in, and more importantly, what decade? It looks like it might be shaping up to be a flashback to the 1960s maybe? That's another cool thing about dioramas, they can be a fun slice of time--a historic event or a fleeting memory, it's up to the modeler to tell the story. Great work so far!
