First and foremost, WELCOME to our little site Dave! Hope you enjoy your time here. The Rockwells were carefully and skillfully crafted by Larry (Big Ed). We were all on the edge of our seats waiting for these gems to be reproduced in resin by someone else, but alas, we haven't seen them yet This is kind of a sore subject with Larry, so I'm not sure if he'll scratch another set for another caster or not. The axles I've seen in monster truck kits leave quite a bit to be desired, but maybe some could be made to look decent (but NOTHING like Larry's ;D)

Thanks for he welcome Jeff! I just found the forum last week. I've been poking around and have really enjoyed what you folks do here. I really have the itch to build some 4x4s now. As far as the Rockwells, I came across a site that sold some, but seem to be out of stock: www.scale-auto-style.com/drivetrain.php Maybe I'll have to try my hand at scratching some. How hard could it be, right?

Hey fellas. Welcome to ORM Dave and thanks for the compliment. Scale Auto Style is supposedly casting the parts for the Rockwells...a steering and a static. It's been a while (!?!?!?!?) but I do keep in touch with him. I'm hopin'.........I'm gonna try and use my own pics and scratch another. It won't be easy, as one or two parts I found in my stash, but I'll try. And thank YOU Jeff for yet another compliment on the axles. I'm waitin' on a reply from Sebastien.

Thanks Big Ed! I'm glad to be here. It seems I've re-opened a can of worms on my first post here. I'm sorry about that. It's a darn shame that you had such a difficult time getting those axles casted. That Dodge build is a real beauty. You did some real nice work there and have inspired me to try some of the things you've shown us. I've been studying lifted truck suspensions in magazines and on the web even since I saw that thread.

Thanks again Dave. Took a while, but I enjoyed the entire build. And that can of worms has been opened for quite some time. All you did was ask about the axles. Still not sure if he's makin' any progress on 'em. I will certainly keep you in the loop.
