This will be a beater with a solid front axle swap, M/T tires, and small block Ford power. Pretty sure I'm not going to keep those wheels.

The 4.0 gives way to a 5.0, via a Revell '32 Ford street rod. Transfer case is from the same Wrangler kit that coughed up the front axle and the tires. Those coil spring mounts still need a little work...

I'm not doing much more other than weathering- the unpainted and/or rough stuff will be hidden once the body is fastened to the chassis.

Plenty of approach angle now. The yellow color works well on this body, too.

Added a brush guard and lights from an Aoshima Pathfinder, and the smiley faces are intentionally poorly drawn just for fun.
