Just seeing if there's any interest, as I'm playing around with a few spares and spare kit parts from this one. I've been messing around with...
Stock fender flares
RHD dash (the USPS has a few RHD Wranglers in its fleet)
Full hard top
Full doors
Pickup-style "half cab"
Stock front bumper
Would anyone else be interested in any of this? Or, is any of this in development, as far as anyone knows?

Stock parts sound like a winner , I'd like the opportunity to build it closer to stock .

Just picked one up myself. Soft top would be cool as well.

YES to all Chuck! Would an LJ body sell? I think so, especially with an open hood. Then a 4.0L would be required. I've got the Tamiya inline from the YJ kit, but it's mostly non-realistic (except for the intake & exhaust manifolds, and valve cover). I think stock Rubicon wheels would be a big hit too...

Lo and behold... Revell is coming out with a snap together Wrangler in 1:25, and it appears it'll have a hard top, stock wheels, and fender flares. Think I might hold off until I get one of those in my hands. It should be out in December.

It's great to have another Jeep coming into production. X2 on the JK as well (full detail kit please!).

Looks like it'll be a stock Rubicon. *IF* the kit that's released in December resembles the one in the picture.

Looks like the same wheels and tires from the "glue" kit, but I wonder if the body shell is all one piece without a separately molded hardtop piece? Kind of looks that way near the windshield-to-top joint below, but hard to tell. If nothing else it's a cheap way to get the tires.

Well... at least it looks "bashable" with the Rubicon...

Cool!!! Is this a test shot build up, or a Revell pic? I see the wheels are now 5 lug...

That's a Revell pic. Looks to be heavily Photoshopped- I'd still like to see an "un-messed-with" image of one.

The fender flares used on the Rubicon were 1" wider than the standard Wrangler flares, correct?
