I have hit a road block. I need black seatbelt material and my PE sets have white and blue.
The last model I build (with seatbelts) I just used tan masking tape and painted it the color I needed. It worked very well. But this set needs to be black on both sides... so painting is out. I tried using permanent markers thinking they would soak through (they didn't). I can't seem to get to a store to see if they make black masking tape. And can't seem to find anything around the house.
Any ideas? John

John, I made these seat belts from masking tape also. What I did was fold the tape together, cut it the width I wanted and then painted both sides. It works really well because you can then "shape" them to make them look how you want. These were made from blue tape. I know it's not a truck, but this is the only photo I have of them.
