here is one way I worked out to do the wheel. 1st I draw the wheel with Autocad 2nd I use a template I made to print it on a blank sticker page 3rd Peel the sticker and place it on a styrene sheet ( for this one I use a 0.030" thick ) You will need some special toos to do the next step A punch & die and c circle cutter. Circle cutter and some of my punch & die sets 4th place the drawing where you want to do your hole and punch it. here a close up of the 4th first hole I do. when you have finish to punch every holes took the round cutter. adjust to the right dimension and cut it. need to remove the sicker and VOILA my tips for your wheel. I will go to sleep now. it took me +- 45 minutes to wrote this message. thing going worst day after day but hope this help somebody A+
