I hope so,I have one of those! I'm very familiar with that guy though. He's always asking rediculous prices for kits. That one may be a typo though. Check his other items and you'll see where he asks crazy prices for parts. He takes good kits and parts them out. Funny thing is,he actually sells quite a bit of stuff like that.

That is crazy! But I see quite a few people trying to sell models on Ebay for WAY more than they are worth. And what is with people trying to part models out for obscene prices too?

If his are worth a hundred, i wander if he would by mine for $75 a piece, i have 2 of them, lol. Thats why we cant buy our 4x4s we want everyone wants to get rich off them. Why dont the model companies look at ebay and notice the prices people pay for all of the 4x4s and start reissuing them. I keep every 4x4 i can find to build not sell.

I keep every 4x4 i can find to build not sell. This is my problem. I have a stash of models, but every one of them was bought with the intention of building. As I search Ebay for the models of my youth to build again, many times I'm foiled by the crazy starting bids. (And many times those models don't sell either....)

Hey all. When I first posted this thread, the selling price was $999.99. A typo, perhaps. That's why I posted, not for the $109 it was dropped to.

Even at a $109,they're not worth it. They're a curbside kit,but they build up pretty nice judging from the few builds I've seen. One thing with them is that they have a carrier bearing in the middle of the rear drive shaft that just floats in mid air. I have the 4Runner and the regular cab,but haven't much more than looked at them. Maybe I'll get to them someday.
